NTPC Mining Limited will begin the application process for 114 posts of Mining Overman, Magazine incharge, Mechanical supervisor and other posts on December 12. The deadline for the submission of the application form is December 31st. Interested candidates will be able to apply online through the official website at careers.ntpc.co.in.

Eligibility Details :
Age Limit : (As on 12.01.2024)
- The Upper Age Limit is 30 Years (except for post mentioned at S.No - 5 (Vocational Training Instructor) as on last date of online submission of Application at careers.ntpc.co.in portal for General (UR) & EWS Category candidates.
- The Upper Age Limit Vocational Training Instructor shall be 40 years. Category-wise relaxation in Upper Age Limit is as mentioned below:
SC/ST - 5 Years
Land Oustee - 5 Years
Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category candidates is as per extant Govt.of India
guidelines.

- In Addition, Medical facilities for self, Spouse & two children and HRA / Company accommodation (subject to availability) shall be provided as per company Rules. On official tour, the company will reimburse TA/DA, as applicable.
Selection Process:
- Stage 1 written test in first stage here written test of total 100 marks compressing of multiple choice questions covering relevant subject discipline will be conducted the duration of that test will be up to 120 minutes each question will carry one mark and 0.25 marks will be detected for each wrong answer the qualifying marks are 40% marks in case of general a w s category and 30 percentage in case of SC ST OBC candidates the candidates will be shortlisted at on approved called ratio for 2nd stage test
- Stage 2 skill competency test in second stage escal competency test of total hundred marks in respective discipline will be conducted the qualifying marks are 40 percentage marks in case of general EWS category and 30% in case of SC ST OBC candidates the candidates shall be selected on the basics of the merit in the written test subject to the condition that the candidates qualifies in the skill competents test
- Test centre both the first and second stage test shall be conducted at test centres in Ranchi Jharkhand the addresses of the venue will be notified throg the admit card
Application Fees:
- Candidate belonging to general / EWS/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee Rs.300/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee. The payment can be either in online or offline mode.
- payment in offline mode: State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (A/C No. 30987919993), on behalf of NTPC. Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI Branch with a printout of the pay-in-slip which is available on the application registration portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. NTPC will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposite the fee in wrong account.
- Payment in Online Mode : Candidates also have the option to pay the fees online (through Net Banking / Debit Card (Rupay debit cards only) Credit Card). The online payment option will be available on the website. The candidate is required to make the payment before proceeding for online application. After making successful payment, the Challan number, Bank Reference No. date of payment etc., are required to be filled up in the online application.
